  • Stopped in here looking for a ring guard and ended up finding a cross necklaces for my mom as a Christmas gift. It had a sale price marked on it and decided to get it. When the gentlemen was ringing me up he said oh no this is more expensive we miss marked it, the manager came over whispered in his ear about wrong pricing they displayed. I pointed out that they marked it wrong and should honor that price and the reply was oh sorry no and you can have the ring guard which they already massively marked up To $10 when you can find them at Walmart for a pack of 5 for 2.99. Very poor customer service and I ended up going to another jeweler found a necklace for my mom and spent more with the other place. Lesson learned here to this jeweler you should honor your mistakes and you'd keep a customer but since you were rude about it I have no intention of ever spending money here and will tell anyone I know to go to the other jeweler I purchased from and avoid this place. Word of mouth is everything and valuing clients should be a priority you lost business over your mistake and $30. Buyer beware of this jeweler!
