  • They have a formula for everything that is a bit to rigid for comprehensive decision making. I felt there was a price differenct between what was discussed on the phone and what was expected. What was asked for apparently cost more that what I thought I was asking. Will not call again. They have continued to call without getting the point that we were not pleased. Rigid, automated, lacking connection to the situation, overcharged seems to be a theme thoughout the reviews.
