Without my permission, he added insurance on ALL of my lines, and didn't give us a heads up about the activation charges.
Make sure you get a thorough explination of ALLLLL that you are getting, and what he is doing to your account. Because I've spent a very frustrating 30 minutes with Sprint trying to fix and understand my bill.
