Like a couple of the other reviews my home warranty which is First American home warranty contacted this company to do the work on my air conditioner. They were called and came out the next day so that was good. They determine what the problem was and said they would order the parts and get approval from the home warranty company to do the work. I learned from the home warranty company that they did not submit requests for any work to be done or any parts to be ordered for three days. I then called this company and I was told that the person that handles scheduling and appointment was out of the office for the day! I requested a phone call by the next morning so that I could get my air conditioner repaired. When they finally called they told me that they were waiting for the parts to arrive. My home warranty company told me the parts had already been shipped and we're waiting for them to pick up so somebody was not telling the truth.
For the past three days I have tried to call the air conditioning company and their answering machine says to press 00 to be connected to someone who could help me and after trying to get someone several times throughout the past three days I finally had to give up. I sent them a message through their website with no response . I contacted my home warranty company and they have been unsuccessful in getting me scheduled for the new parts to be installed. On this issue I am not happy with First American home warranty and certainly would not recommend this air-conditioning company they can't even call you as a courtesy to let you know that they might be busy or they died or they close their doors or they rather not work on your air-conditioner or tell you to take a hike.
It is now been seven days and I still don't have a working air conditioner and they have not called me.
