  • Completely professional. Steven asks the right questions before planning the repair, has tools and parts before he shows up. He makes appointments and keeps them, knows exactly what he's doing and guarantees his work! While in your house, he keeps his work place tidy and compact, deals well with pets and children and is always respectful. He charges fairly for excellent work. Over the years he's fixed a refrigerator (still running), dishwasher (still running), and two washing machines. If an appliance is on its last legs, he'll (nicely) point that out and cool to repair or stop working on that appliance if it's time to buy a new one. Highly recommend!!!
