Good experience at first then slightly went south when we refused to sign a paperwork packet for treatment we have received in the past (we no longer live in the state so it wasn't necessary) ..continued to wait 10 just for a refund .. it amazes me that only one person in the whole office knew how to refund a transaction.. two associates where also talking about us behind the back wall not thinking we could hear.. the lady we spoke to was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills ... While we were on our way out the male receptionist was very nice and he did apologize for the inconvenience
