  • I visited Charlotte at Parlour after reading on Yelp that she was good at cutting thick hair. I have seen her three times now and can say that I have been very happy with what she does. I have never been happy with growing my hair in the past--it was always too bulky and I felt that it weighed me down and just didn't flatter me at all. But she has fixed that problem! I highly recommend this place.
