| - Looks like my review was erased on the azure 1 property...
Which by the way I just found that on yelp azure villas 2 comes out as Broadstone Indigo, not very professional I guess, in reality that's not it's name anymore... hasn't been for quite some time now...
But I'll re post my review..since it was meant to be for azure villas 2 n they still erased it from side 1
And yes I did not put my name, only because I still live here and I'm not trying to get something done to my property or my vehicle.
This property is very clean and that is why I'm giving it two stars, but when it comes to fixing issues in a promptly matter, I'd say it's not really their best Effort! I'm on side 2, 100 percent better than side 1 (cops there all the time for some reason) also why I put 2 stars since I haven't seen them on this side as often as side 1...
well anyways I've had my a/c looked at countless times in the year, which for the price we pay in rent, sure is pathetic, not to mention how you're screwed if it messes up during the weekends because I've only seen one guy working on the weekends, while there's a whole team throughout the week, but I'll clear up that this Weekend I did noticed one more guy coming on Saturdays... which to me one weekend day is not enough! What if property messes up on Sunday when I only see one tech out? Ah both the office does keep a team through the whole weekend? Why? Sales more important than fixing your property issues? I'm one to believe most people are not home throughout the week because of regular Monday to Friday jobs yet there's whole tech team for days without many people at home on weekdays (see so many carts on property weekdays as opposed to weekends is how I've learned to notice) in my opinion it's impossible for one tech to get much fixed in a property with two sides in a timely matter on a weekend with a property full of tenants alone, then with air issues the best they could do is bring you a portable which is absolutely ridiculous since it only keeps one room cooled and you can't leave your house because it's placed in your window meaning your house it's easily exposed to a break in and there's not any cameras anywhere in this property so how would one prove who broke in? These are the First apartments I live in that have no cameras anywhere, pretty unsafe I'd say... to me all that is called poor management, and to top it off I've been at the pool with my family, several times now and there's two females in bikinis every now and then that decide to grab their bottom bikini undies and place them between their butt cheeks like thongs, one of the other families that was there called the office once and nothing was done...I believe teens and children shouldn't be exposed to nudity on a pool where many families go to because they live there... not to mention who might be watching from the apartments near the pool, eww... there's nude beaches in Cali for that or hotels with nude pools here in Vegas if a tan on your butt is what you want, but come on, not around kids!!
so because of all these inconvenient situations I can't rate this property any higher once my contract is over I will be looking for a better place with better management where Im not afraid of having a break in or watching almost nude females in a pool with my family, there should definitely be some proper bathing suit requirements but apparently management don't care!
