  • After waiting a bad review because of a long wait to get into a room, one and a half hours after the 4:00 check in, the hotel did redeem itself with two complimentary valet parkings (a $50.00 value) and put us in the nicest room in the category we selected. The views from two terraces provided a nice way to calm down and relax after a stressful start to our stay.
