  • UPDATE: Since this review, the owner Dave, threatened to falsely accuse me without providing any kind of lawful evidence if anything bad were to happen to him, his business or his employees. At no time did I ever make any kind of threatening remark or insinuate harm. I sent him an email to give him a chance to make the situation right and instead, he told me I was a moron for not asking if there was ever multiple pages to the waiver due to his unethical business practice of failing to provide the liability waiver in its entirety, filling out part of the waiver on my behalf, and forging the date written next to my signature. I'm giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. The mesh fence is about 4 feet high. The operator and owner of the lure, which is a toy connected to an extremely fast moving wire, is at the very beginning/end of the course with one person in the middle to supervise. The individual operating the fast moving lure/cable is unable to see with the entire course/dog with their own eyes throughout the entire course- UNSAFE. I understood I had to fill out a waiver- what I was never told was that the first page of the waiver was filled out for me by an employee. It was NEVER disclosed that this was a two page agreement. What a poor business practice and how freaking shady. I was chastised by the owner for not asking if there are more pages to a waiver. I have never known ANY reputable business to try to hide the first page of a waiver. It is ALWAYS presented in it's entirety. Only low class, bottom feeding people do that kind of garbage. So I signed it because there was no disclosure that an employee was filling out something that I should have done myself. I had no idea she was asking me the name of my dog and breed because she was filling out paperwork on my behalf. That is so freaking messed up and wrong- especially when it comes to a contract. My dog's paws were torn open- see the photos, between her being pushed up and down the cheaply made and painted plywood ramp and from standing on the fast moving wire that kept continuously being moved while she was standing on top of it because the operator of the lure was unable to see exactly where my dog was standing. I messaged him about these issues and he took absolutely no responsibility. Apparently it is my job to know that their paperwork has multiple pages. And that it is my job to know that I am allowed to go in the course with her, even though it is fenced off and there is zero way to walk next to the obstacles with your dog because the obstacle takes up the entire width of the path they are supposed to run. I was NEVER told that I was allowed to go in with her. I was NEVER informed of the multiple page waiver. What I do know is that Dave Weinberg shouldn't be dogs or running this lure. He has no idea what the heck he is even doing, so much to the point where he cannot even fathom that my dog's injury is his fault. He does think he knows every single thing about dogs. DO NOT take your dog here. You're better off going to a different K9 course where you will be signing waivers with full disclosure, not have them try to hide all of your paperwork and can actually go in with your dog to ensure their safety.
