I came here today with two other people right after the lunch rush. I have been here before on a Saturday night, when it's extremely busy, and the service, hosts, bartenders, and food is GREAT. Today we came at about 115 so the restaurant was starting to slow down and there were plenty of open tables. We came in and we were expecting to be seated right away. However the host looked completely stressed out and didn't even greet us. He was rushing around the restaurant and even squeezed between myself and the host table to reach something and mumbled a sorry excuse me as he was walking away. He seated the group who was in line before us and made my group wait about another 15 minutes before he just looked at us and a group of two and said who's next?! And I said that would be us and he grabbed 3 menus and practically ran to the table, threw the menus down and said thanks and rushed off. I've always enjoyed coming to the restaurant and have even met the owner, who's very personable and very talented (we caught him on a night he was cooking), but the host kind of started our meal off with a bad vibe. Thank goodness we had a great waiter (I believe his name was Jeremy) and the food was great as always. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the rude and unconcerned service of the host.
