rev:text	I am really hard to impress. I expect a lot from everybody, especially someone who's gonna figure out what's going on with my beloved Saturn Hybrid Vue. (Yes, I am ridiculously and inexplicably loyal to Saturn and will weep when this car - my THIRD Saturn vehicle - finally dies and I have to buy a non-Saturn car for the first time...) And I am really, really impressed with Eric and this shop. Even before I had brought my car in to him to try to figure out its mysterious ailment, Eric spent a lot of time talking with me on the phone, trying to troubleshoot, doing research on his own, etc. And when he finally got under the hood of my car, he clearly took the time to really try to understand the problem ,drove the car all over town to figure out what the problem was, and gave me thoughtful advice. He also does not charge an arm and a leg for a diagnostic check, which is very appreciated. He also does not talk down to me just because I'm a dumb grrrl who knows nothing about cars, which good god, you would not think I would have to praise in 2016, but I do. Hooray for zero condescension. Anyway, he's my new go-to guy for my aging Saturn Vue Hybrid and if you have a hybrid that you're taking anywhere other than him, that seems really foolish. P.S. He also has a super cool email invoice system where you can just pay via paypal or credit card. P.P.S. His logo is a freaking battery with a CAPE on it. I mean, honestly. Is there anything more awesome and east side Madison than THAT?
