  • Poor customer service. I stood next to two cute young ladies and watched the salesman press them to try the free samples while he completely ignored me. Then I pulled out a $10 bill to hand to the young lady who was by the window and asked her for a cone of strawberries. She looked off into space, then walked around me to talk to the salesman who was flirting with those girls. I said out loud,"I'd like to buy something!" But she was too preoccupied with teasing him about his unsuccessful attempts. I said out loud,"Well, I did want to buy something, but I guess I'm invisible!" And stormed out. So inappropriate! I sent an email to corporate and have heard nothing. Keep your overpriced chocolate; I'm going to Sees!!!
