  • Warning in regards to GPM Weight Loss section of Integra Medical Center: The only product they seem to push are B12 Shots that will do nothing for you but cause you pain (at least in my case - very sensitive to needles). I was promised to receive nutritional counseling and adipex (very effective weight loss supplement I've taken in the past with my doctor's supervision) and was told that I should start B12 shots before prescription goes through. This was a huge mistake... They charge you in advance for all services, and it has now been over 2 months of radio silence on the status of my refund. I have now gotten to the point where I have had to contact the BBB to reach out for a resolution. My advice is to not sign anything and demand that you will only pay for services actually rendered. Also, if they ask you to take a lab test without the use of your insurance, talk with your doctor first to get the lab results they need done for free and provide it to them instead. This will save you a good chunk of change. Lastly, I do not wish to speak ill of anyone as the staff seemed friendly enough, I just feel that this particular service offering is not being well-managed or thought through. This is a shame because I was really looking forward to getting healthy again under their care & guidance; however, that didn't happen. I urge anyone considering this route to speak with their own trusted doctor first on possible solutions..
