Wow, the thoughts of many of these other reviewers are way different than my experiences at the GREAT Westgate Century Link (CTL) store.
For my second visit I was welcome graciously and my problem was resolved effectively. After an hour and a quarter on the phone with a great CTL tech rep, we concluded the the router part of the new modem I had received in April was not working.
Of course I sped up to Westgate and Fred assisted me directly with the exchange and I also enjoyed interacting with Erika and Adrianana.
I have been with Century Link and its predecessors for 23 years and am totally looking forward to getting to 50 with this wonderful company.
