  • Wow don't ever take your classic Corvette here!! They told me my car needed front "upper & lower control arms as the boots were damaged". Cost would be approximately $4000 for OEM parts/$2000 aftermarket parts. Four months later when I decided to bite the bullet and get the job done I was quoted $2178 OEM parts/$1718 aftermarket parts. Decided to go for it with the OEM parts at this price. Brought car in and 2 days later told they couldn't get OEM parts, so I told them to do it with the aftermarket parts (not much choice at this point). One day later no call back that car was done. Next day my service rep called and said they couldn't get even aftermarket parts & needed to look for parts somewhere else. A day later she called and this time said "You're not gonna believe this, but there is no problem with the front of your car, but there is now a problem with the back of your car." Needless to say I went in to speak with the service manager who told me his mechanic didn't clean off the grease from the front boots and now that he did they didn't see anything wrong ... just excess grease. Really!!! At this point I no longer believed anything anyone in this dealership told me and left with my car ... never to return again!!! I did place a call to my service rep the next day and left her a voicemail to say how I was totally dissatisfied with the situation and their customer service and guess what ... I never even got a call back from her!!
