My home warranty company sent air zone out to help fix my a/c. They called but didn't leave a message. When I called them during business hours I talked to a very nice person who set up an appointment for me the next day because they are super busy, its really hot this week. They showed up on time and our technician was Michael. He was as professional as I would expect and worked very hard to try and fix my problem. It turned out my problem is not the a/c but the duct work so they were unable to fix it. They don't do duct work so Michael recommended a company to me that he would trust and got back to go fix someone else's a/c. I will call them again if I have problems, hopefully the next one they can fix. I now know my air conditioner is good though so I really appreciate their services. Thank you Air Zone and Michael!
Edit: So Michael was not correct and since he couldn't figure out why my a/c was marginal the problem has gotten progressively worse. It is now 26 days later and the marginal problem has turned into a non working a/c.
