This was the worst service I ever received. While my husband was waiting to check out at the pickup window (for 20 minutes), I decided to get a key made at the kiosk. The machine spit out medal with no ridges. So I went to a Lowe's employee, and asked for help. They waved me off to the hardware employees. I stood in line for 15 minutes and then they helped the person standing behind me. I waited another 15 minutes and was told I couldn't get a refund from the kiosk. This store is all about blatantly avoiding customer service. No wonder people go to Home Depot! I learned my lesson - please avoid this store at all costs - shop online, go to Home Depot, consider any other alternative!
