  • I would never hire the Phoenix MaidPro to clean a house. I hired them and they promised me they would send "trained" cleaners who would not destroy my wood floors or white baseboards and who would come with a hardwood floor suitable vacuumn cleaner. The woman they sent scoffed off the training, saying she didn't think anyone needed to training to clean. When I returned home, my white baseboards were scraped, stained with black, and had large gauges/dents in them and my wood floors were scraped and scratched. When I called to complain, I was blown off. They refused to refund any of the $180 they charged me for the cleaning. In addition, the mail, who was supposed to be at my house 5.5 hours was gone when I returned at lunch. She'd clearly left early. I stopped the check after getting no where with the manager but they subsequently charged my credit card (I was told they had to have it on file to make an appointment) $205 without any explanation as to the extra monies charged. From what I can see, maybe they clean office spaces Ok, where no one cares if their wood floors get destroyed. Their customer service is non existent. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN! MY HOME IS MY SANCTUARY AND I DON"T EXPECT HIRED CLEANERS TO WRECK IT.
