  • Last weekend my boyfriend, roommate and I had the good fortune of waking up to each of our vehicles vandalized. Each had a glass window shot out by a teenage jagoff who ended up hitting more than 15 cars in the neighborhood with a BB Gun. I drove my car over to Ryan's Auto Glass and was greeted by Norm, the manager on duty. My boyfriend was working a 12 hour shift at Magee and needed my help to get his car seen the same day. By the time I arrive at Ryan's AG it was close to 10:30am. The shop closes at noon Saturdays, so we had to move quick. Norm flawlessly managed his team. He was able to source the glass needed for both repairs on such short notice and made sure I was in good hands. He diffused a stressful situation with ease and professionalism. I can not thank him or his team enough. I don't normally write yelp reviews, but seriously the staff at Ryan's needs to be recognized. Exceptional service.
