rev:text	Customer service was horrible, they are not accommodating, the manager came out and made the situation worse. The line was VERY long, and they didn't have the car we reserved. Ruined our whole trip. On top of it they want to charge you extra for any additional drives. I have rented from so many other companies and never had the issue. Not only was Alamo way overpriced by they tried to further gouge me with fees and taxes.
