  • Honestly, I will never visit this store again. I love Lowe's and usually receive excellent customer service, just NOT at this store. I purchased and installed some curtains this week and determined I would need an additional panel. My regular Lowe's sold the panels for $10 79 each (until 9/4/2017) but shows "not in stock." Thankfully (I thought), this location showed numerous panels available so I drove the 12 miles (each way) to buy one more panel and complete the install. I was surprised when my panel rang up for more than DOUBLE ($26.97) so I headed to customer service for a solution. Despite clear evidence of the advertised price for a stated time period, this store flatly REFUSED to honor their own pricing. I understand stores use variable pricing due to variable operating costs but don't understand their willingness to lose a customer over $16. I won't step foot in this store again.
