  • I visited this location on 6/14/15. It was before noon and the line was long&not moving. The wait time was ridiculous! I'm familiar w/customer service so the professional courteous thing that could've happened was to have thanked customers for waiting. The rep Steve was unpleasant. A phone call was made to Advantage regarding the return time of the car. The rep over the phone asked/verified the email address where the receipt would be sent. The email was simply my first and last name "@" a popular domain. That meant the rep in person at the counter(Steve) did not even bother asking for an email address and simply made one up. Thank goodness Steve's negligence was discovered before the receipt(containing personal info etc) was possibly emailed to someone else. So unprofessional!
