The only reason I am giving one star is because the doctor helped with the issues we had. Other than that the billing has been nothing short of a nightmare. We have been dealing with them for 5 months now. We did a three way call with them and our insurance company to resolve the issue. Our insurance company emailed proof that Omni cashed the check but they never cleared our balance. After multiple phone calls and assurances everything was taken care of we checked our patient portal only to find we have been sent to collections. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE BILLING NIGHTMARES.
