  • 0 stars!!!! This place is disgusting!! I stayed here for 5 weeks for business. Had to change from West Tower to East because my first apt. was COCKROACH LADEN!! My next apt was nice, until the bathroom sink clogged. I bought some draino, and it worked for 2 days. I realized the sink was only clogging at certain times during the day....hmmmmm, drainage problems??? Yep. So then, after hearing multiple stories about the elevators getting stuck, I GOT STUCK!! Yes, and required a Fire Dept. rescue. If you get stuck, call the FD, they said to. The mgmt. will leave you in there for hours. @ people told me their stories. A few days later the pool leaked all over the gym and into the parking structure, LOL, good times!! Apparently the owners are only concerned with bottom line and not the safety of their residents. I genuinely felt unsafe in this building, not b/c of the tenants, but b/c of the structure and elevators (and bugs and uncleanliness). Trash compactor rooms always disgusting, and piles of trash by elevators almost daily. And a side note....maybe people are just very nice, but I saw lots of people bringing bags of stuff? to the security guards late at night. I saw this maybe 5x with the same guard, and he didn't seem extra nice to be receiving all these gifts. Hmmmm curious. Elevator bribes? Just speculating. And a last note, I heard and saw a lot of people complaining about the locaton of the loading dock and how it's almost impossible to move in/out. Nightmarish.
