  • I had taken my daughter here one time before and paid $15. So today I take my 11 year old back for a 1/2 trim off perfectly straight same length hair (which in retrospect I could and should have done myself). I was charged $33 and told their prices had changed and she was considered a junior. When I got home and checked their website it clearly states 12 and under is $15. I called and was told they changed prices 3 1/2 months ago but hadn't changed the website yet. Most places honor their mistakes but not this place. I will NEVER return.
