  • When handling any sort of issue with service or payment, you need to go to a corporate Cricket location. This is the closest location by far for central Phoenix. This location is usually fairly busy so expect a wait. There is a kiosk in the front of the store where you can sign in to enter the service queue, then either have a seat or browse the large selection of cell phones and accessories. All in all, the employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and swift to solve your problems. All those who complain about Cricket, think about why you're on their network to begin with.They offer affordable no contact plans. No, you don't get any deals on new phones but you can drop service and turn it back on when you're ready and they pay for the days you don't have full service. I've been on Cricket for years and never had a problem. It's a low income phone service, that's that.
