  • A friend and I came in here for a quick pint and bite and this place really surprized us in many ways. 1. It's a super clean and modern sports bar with lots of seating and TVs at all angles so you can always catch the action. They have a combination of high-top tables, bar area, and the traditional table/booth set-up in the lower level. 2. The wait staff are very helpful and friendly even if you are the only two people in the bar. We went at 5:30pm right after work. 3. On their advice, we got the sampling trio of fried goodness. It included mozza sticks, sweet potatoe fries, and fried pickles. The mozza sticks were delicious and not the usual mess you would find elsewhere. There was a good amount of mozza held within the crunch exterior and it had a good chew to it. We were told that the mozza sticks are a popular item at Striker and that they are made in-house. It definitely shows. Really glad that we happened to stumble into this place and I would definitely consider coming here for all my sporting needs should the Jays, Raptors, or (heaven help us) the Leafs make it into the playoffs.
