  • When I left work I discovered that I had a flat tire. put air in it and drove to Pep Boys. WOW the help that I got from everyone that assisted me (Matt, Brandon, Robbie & Ryan) . They made sure that my car was safe for me to drive home to OHIO. I thought with it being so late that I would be stranded in the cold for hours. NOT AT ALL I could have not asked for better polite caring employees to help me. I got both front tires replaced and will be headed back to do the rear ones soon... Thanks again Matt, Brandon,Robbie & Ryan. More places should have employees like all of you.
