  • I called last minute and was able to get the appointment day & time I wanted which was good. I received an email confirming the scheduled appointment and also a text message. Prior to the appointment time I received a text notifying me that Isaac was in route. So I was asked to pay in full before the job was started. I asked if that was their procedure and was told yes. I have never had to pay for this type of service "up front" before. He did a good job, I was hoping a few small stains could be removed but no biggy. I never heard from the company again, no one reached out to ask how was the service or followed up to see if there were any issues.
