rev:text	I've lived in the Valley for 36 years and have been to all the major steak places. Fleming's is the best! I've never had a bad steak there - or bad salmon filet for that matter! And their Flemings potatoes are not to be missed--potatoes au gratin with a twist - jalapeno sauce - Yum! And the ambience is fabulous - rich woods and copper. Both elegant and intimate.
