  • I am so disappointed in this AARON'S it use to have a really good staff. People who really cared about the customers and the merchandise they sold. Now Jackie and her staff could care less about anything. I say this because yesterday 9/25/2017 my whole day was wasted thanks to the Manager Jackie. She tells me on Sat (9/23/2017) they can come out on Monday 9/25/2017 and take a look at the couch leg that has broken, would you before the time from 11:00 to 3:00 or 4:00 to 7:00? I say well the 11:00 to 3:00, she says ok I have you down they will come between those hours to look at the couch. Ok so now monday comes around 11 to 3 comes and goes I call to find out how much longer she tells me they are 25 mins out ok so i wait again. Needless to say the guy finally shows up flips the couch takes a few pics and leaves. Ok then..... I have to call the store almost 3 days later to find out what they are going to do about it and to my surprise they decided that it broke due to normal wear and tear really not even a year of owning it WOW ok so now I am out my money and a piece of shit couch NEVER AGAIN THEY SELL CHEAP STUFF and dont back there products. A BIG lesson learned never again will I buy through them.
