  • Jon, it was resolved to YOUR satisfaction. Here's the simple proposition you offered being fully aware that you were in charge of winning me back as a customer you had let down previously. Robin - here's a loveseat for $4500 and as a bonus, you'll wait 8 to 10 weeks for it to be made because well we do things perfect and right OR, Robin, for $4300 you can wait 16 to 20 weeks because we'll screw up the first one and remake it. $200 for another 8 to 10 weeks would have had me walk another direction. Again, your idea of making things right is only for you, not for the customer.
