If I could give the front area a -5, I would!
The front staff are horrible. They are rude, snarky, bouji, and a little on the incompetent side. They never have any answers for you or breakdowns on anything. I've never had such horrible customer service in the medical field.
In addition, making an appointment over the phone is a joke. One time I called 27 times in a row. They must have had caller ID because she sounded so perturbed when she answered. Though everytime I go in there they are always laughing and talking. How can the phones always be so busy you can't answer, or leave people on hold for 17 minutes, but you have endless time to talk and laugh with each other.
The nurses help me more than them. I've actually had to make an appointment through them! Every nurse in the back is such a delight! They get 6/5 stars! They are always bright and smiley, positive, and so knowledgeable!
SEVERAL times I have checked out with my next depo shot date on my check out paper and they argue with me on when it is. The fully competent nurses put the date on there so yes it's correct. Stop pretending you know anything and just copy the nurse's work so I can go!
Dr. Luh is great. He's professional and he sounds compassionate. Whenever I see him I feel like I'm not just another chart, but an actual patient he listens too.
