  • My husband always uses this store. Yesterday he took our new dodge ram in for new tires, there was absolutely nothing wrong with our truck. Paid $700.00 for new tires, he took the truck home where he realized it had been damaged. He immediately drove back down to discount to show them the damage and of course they all deny doing it. But we know there was nothing wrong when we took it in. They gave him the name and number for their claim guy who was totally rude from the start of the conversation. Apparently customer service and politeness were never taught to him. He informed us that the burden of proof is on us. So basically discount tire if they damage your property will lie, blame you, and be rude and disrespectful. They should pay for the damages to our vehicle.
