  • Knowing one day I would need service on one of my appliances I bookmarked this business because of the impressive reviews and I wanted to be ready because I had a nightmare experience by another repair business some time ago. My Kitchenaid refrigerator stopped making ice, leaked water and the food in the freezer thawed. We called Absolute Appliance Service. Rom arrived on time with with such a pleasant friendly courteous demeanor. You could clearly see how much pride and care he has about his business and how much he truly cares about his customers. Rom correctly diagnosed our fridge problem which unfortunately for us was a major problem and expense. Rom explained everything to us and told us how much it would cost to fix BUT he also spent time with us discussing our options on how to get our fridge fixed. His advice was 100% right and he saved us a ton of money! This is where Absolute Appliance stands out......HE'S SINCERE AND HONEST and most important he knows what he's doing!! He will always get our business from now on and we will refer him to anyone who needs service on their appliances. Do not hesitate to use this business. Yelpers got this so right! Save yourself the headaches and call this business! Thank you so much Rom for your knowledge, hard work, integrity and most of all your HONESTY!!!
