  • Rude thoughtless inconsiderate.I Arrived 9:45 am for a 10:15 am app. At 11am I was moved to the patient room from 11;30 to 12 I overheard Dr Ziegler engaged in a personal conversation catching up with friend/patient at 12:01 pm. I left. This was not a case of a person was being helped, this was I could care less about the person who has waited over two hours and I am going to catch up with my friend. I don't care how good you may be Dr Jeffrey W Ziegler, may you be treated with the same lack of consideration that you offer others.
