  • Reading the reviews I was a bit skeptic of going to this nail salon. Then again, all the negative reviews are from a year ago or more. Upon arrival I noticed that there was only 2 employees working in the whole building on a Saturday afternoon. Both were with customers. They told me it was going to be about 15 minutes. I was fine with waiting, after all I was a walk-in. I think I waited, maybe 10 tops. As I waited and was choosing my polish color I did notice that it seemed a little dirty and could definitely benefit from an updated look or even just some newer accommodations. (The reason for the 4 stars) Besides the obvious lack in cleanliness and the desperate need for a new look, my overall experience was pleasant. I got my toes painted (no pedicure) and a manicure. The whole process took just under an hour and the gentleman who did my nails was friendly, paid great attention to detail and took his time to make sure I was pleased. The manicure and polish change on my toes cost me a total of $27.00 including the tip. For a North Scottsdale location, I think that is a decent price. Overall, I will be returning to this location for my next manicure when I am in the area! Thank you Kylie Crystal Nails!
