  • Okay so as far as my water heater (hot water lasted for 15 minutes) I've called many times and they've always came in to look at it. I called one last time asking for the corporate number and the girl sounded very concerned. So she directed me to the property manager. I told her the problem and she looked through the file of complaints. I literally hear her as she's reading complaints about the water turning cold within 15 minutes and she sends someone over. The asshole woke us up, turned on the water for 5 minutes, then says that they can't do anything about that. Why would you wake me up just to say that? So I called again to ask for the number and they finally gave it to me. I called and left a voicemail. A week later I got a call saying that they're coming in to replace it. I was very happy but it took over 8 months until they came to do that. If I'm paying for something, you ARE going to do what I say regardless. Still though. The area isn't safe. You'll see a lot of drunk and cracked out people walking around. No garages. One trash compactor so you'll literally have to put your trash in your car and drive it there. Office staff is trash other than the man there. The kitchen is so small. The appliances are older than my grandmothers. The cabinets look like they were painted white (real badly too,) the porch has no walls. The door frame is cracking open so anyone could walk up to it and open it easily. Just a terrible place. I would never recommend living here.
