what a joke this place is. the owner/president is a clown. i went there because he had done my resume previously and had it on file. although i wasnt happy with the original (it never got me a job or an interview) i figured that because all i had to do was update it (basically add one paragraph and change a date and my address) it would be cheaper than going to someone else, and starting from scratch. i was there 15 mins. i had to dictate to him what to write. i had to spell check it (you have to sign a waiver stating that the company cannot be held responsable for typos/mispellings)- i actually had to point out to him that he had the same word spelled two different ways on the same page! he took a call while i was sitting there and explained the whole process/pricing structure to the caller and made an appointment w/ her while i sat there. he spent at least 5 mins on the phone w/ this potential customer, 5 mins on my resume and 5 mins trying to get his printer to work. charged me $75.00 for basically 5 mins of work that i had to tell him how to do. then, 10 mins after i left he emailed my copy to me and addressed me by the wrong name. worst experience imaginable. never again.
