  • I waited almost five minutes to even be addressed or helped from inside the McDonald's. The manager Faviola (spelling?) was very rude when she finally came to help me. She seemed to be annoyed that I was even at her restaurant to order. She was very flat tone voice, short with me and when I was waiting for the McDonalds app to load she kept looking around and was unarguably wanting to be done helping me. Then when I used the app to order the 5th McCafe for the free one (it reads ANY size on the app) she was arguing it's only for a medium size. So I said fine. Then after I paid she mentioned that because I had the McDonald's app that on Wednesdays the happy meals are BOGO free. So I asked her if I could please use the happy meal deal too (I already bought two happy meals) and she said, "sorry! Too late.." WHY even mention it after I pay. Wow!!!
