  • City heating and air was one of the most professional HVAC business I have ever encountered here in Charlotte. I have had issues with my AC unit pretty much every year for the past 6 years. This was my first time contacting City and I am very glad I did. I was able to immediately get an appointment. Adam came out to the house, was very professional, taking the time to explain to me (and show me) the things that are wrong with my unit. When we realized that the whole unit was completely dead (I knew this was coming from previous assessments) he was very prompt at quoting me an extremely reasonable price. He was out to my house 2 days later and had the whole unit installed over the weekend (to work around my work schedule). Unfortunately the original installation at my house was not very quality. He took the time to explain my system to me, why it was bad and why what he was installing was a much better choice (at a very reasonable price). He was promptly on time and good for his word. As a female I sometimes worry that business people are trying to sell me more than I need, well with Adam that was never the case. I would absolutely recommend Adam and City Heading and Air to anyone and they will be my sole HVAC providers from here out.
