  • Do NOT take your computer here. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Appointment 1: I scheduled for another day to bring my computer in for a new battery (they said they would order or hold a battery for me because that was my sole purpose of the next visit) appointment 2: no battery available. Appointment 3: they take longer than they said to install the battery. I wasted over an hour on the phone with customer service and hours at the stores just trying to buy a battery. Worst store experience ever.
