  • I Went to the pharmacy drive through and the female pharmacist Nisha was very rude and annoyed that I was there. She definitely made my experience uncomfortable. I also feel that she made me wait double the length on purpose. What she doesn't realize is that I can get medication from any pharmacy as they are a dime a dozen. I waited at the drive through for 30 min and she only then tells me that she refuses to fill the prescription for no good reason at all and assumed that I was lying instead of understanding that I am a sick person that was prescribed medication for my issues. I feel as if I was discriminated by Nisha and I refuse to go back to this pharmacy and in turn this Shoppers Drug Mart in the future. I would recommend people who live in the area of this Shoppers to go to the IDA at Bayview and Blackmore for your medications which is down the road 2 minutes away.
