  • If this is the HOA company for your dream home, I feel very sorry for you. I will never make the same mistake of being with this company again! I'm surprised these people have 2 stars and not a half a star. $50 is paid to them monthly for what? Not to make sure the common areas are kept up, not to make sure abandoned vehicles are towed, not to make sure yards are decent looking and not to make sure neighborhood lights are being replaced when they burn out. So really, they're stealing $600 a year. When you call them to report abandoned vehicles you know what they say? They tell you to take pictures of the car and email them, because the people driving around the neighborhood didn't see the car. In my case, a car that is the brightest of colors, parked on the STREET and has been their for 2 months already. And I'm being told number one, people are driving around the neighborhood to enforce the rules and number two I have to email them something that these imaginary drivers should be reporting? Can I bill them $50 for that? I wish this company would go out of business since they can't handle doing their job.
