rev:text	I have a dream... That one day I will be able to find a furniture store that cares about you... This is not that dream this is a nightmare. The sales guys are nice, the showroom furniture is nice, but be careful when you place an order. The order took forever. Then when it arrived it was not made correctly. The stuffing was wrong, the seams were crooked, the threading was unraveling and it was incredibly uncomfortable. No one cared at all. Well ,I take that back, they cared about the money. They cared about not losing money. The day of delivery I called to get help. I was told some service company was going to call me... two weeks went by and nothing. I called corporate and they had no answers. I called the store and they treated me like a liar. So if you want to spend thousands and have no support or assistance or even the option to return poorly made products this is the place for you. I have since tried to sell the painfully uncomfortable monster that they call a sofa and no one will even sort of show interest. It's like I literally burned thousand of dollars .. hard earned money... for no reason but to give my self more stress and maybe some back pain. This store used to be good. I remember shopping here a long time ago and I said to myself I don't know why they have such bad reviews?? Well now I do... I will spend the rest of my life making sure everyone I meet and care about knows how bad these people are. You could have just taken your junk back. it would have been the right thing to do. If you own a business and your first priority isn't making sure each customer is completely satisfied and feels good about the products and services you offer you will never make as much money as you could have. Because no one will trust you. Maybe instead of taking it out on customers when furniture is made wrong you should take it out on the manufactures and cheap labor factories that you are in business with??? No no that would be to humane, to ethical, take to much empathy and courage and change and it would be harder and take more money and intelligence and character and ... you know what... forget it... goodbye.
