  • Had a leak in two of my rest rooms. Made an appointment paid in advance. Wasted my day from work waiting for them to show. No one came but when I called spoke to there receptionist Ruby. She was Very rude making accusations! She began to arguing and making excuses for there worker not showing up. She even hung up on me several times after I tried to reschedule. For me I'm easy going ask Cath who I previously spoke to. There was no reason to argue. I know we all have hard days. All we had to do is reschedule. I would have understood but when you argue and accuse a client. I dont think so! Thanks for the customer service!! I'll never do business with them!
