  • We have been customers for years and we came to the bank to get our will notarized. We told the representative what we were there to do and she said no problem and had us wait. After 25 minutes we were taken to an office and the individual asked us how he could help. We told him we were bank customers and needed our Last Will and Testament notarized and he told us he could not do that type of notary. When I asked why, he said "We just can't". Would have been nice to know from the beginning--Too bad, has been a decent bank to that point
