  • The furniture is decent - but the sales/delivery/purchase experience STINKS. Avoid this chain at all costs. Who cares if they have complimentary water/stale popcorn/Otis chocolate chip cookies...take your business elsewhere. Their so-called "delivery" department isn't organized or customer service friendly at all. They offer you little/no windows of delivery - and basically "tell" you what day they'll be in your area...which is NOT every day of the week. I tried to cancel my order, and never got a refund - only a call several days later from the store acting like nothing ever happened. All they want is your $$. ESPECIALLY avoid the ruse of the "90 Days Same As Cash" via their in-house horrible financing "Acceptance Now" affiliate. Don't walk - RUN away from them. They solicited me by phone and it was the most gosh-awful purchasing experience of my life! Anyone who would like to PM in more detail - please do and I'll email you the whole story. But up front - they treat you like some "risk" and will call you days ahead of time to "remind" you of your payment. I have a family member in the hospital and ran out of church last Sunday to take a call from a # unknown to me (because I thought it could be the hospital calling.) It turned out to be the in-store "Acceptance Now" rep calling me to remind me of my last installment due several days in the future. On a SUNDAY people!! They have no decency, let alone respect for the LAW. They'll also try to add on all sorts of extra "programs" that add to the cost of your purchase. Even if you refuse, CHECK YOUR CONTRACT! I found that the little scam artist rep STILL added one in. If I could have given them all zero stars, I would have. But full disclosure - if you have cash, and a truck to haul the stuff away on the spot? You can likely get a good deal. The problem is, you have to hold firm and not let them try to railroad you & sneak extra charges in. And because they (as a whole...no one can speak for "every" associate's heart there) are such a shlock organization - why not just go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble? I have already purchased more furniture at another store that I can highly recommend. In fact, I will write a review about that store later. There are many other furniture stores, that do a much better job catering to the customers, to choose from. Spend your hard earned $$ somewhere they'll treat you fairly and with respect thru the ENTIRE experience.
