  • I won't be going back! I walked in just to see how it is and it looked nice and clean so I booked an appointment. When I showed up for what I scheduled, the same lady who wrote my name in initially had no clue about me and told me to just sit down. Although there were 3 available ladies, they went out for an extended laugh and chat at the front door while some guy who wasn't wearing the manicurist outfit showed up and asked how he can help. I told him I have booked an eyebrow waxing, mani and pedi and he told me to follow him. We went to the back for the waxing and he was pretty rough when pulling the wax off and he applied wax pretty far up my forehead, the shape of the eyebrows wasn't nice and I left with skin irritation. He then sent me away so I just went back and sat down. He then walked up to me and asked if I need anything else so I reminded him I also wanted mani/pedi to which he looked pretty unimpressed but he prepared the tub for me. He then worked on my feet and then sent me to the mani chair. There, he asked me to give him my feet from under the table and set them on his knees for the actual pedi. The UV lights and nail stations were very dirty and with leftover polish and nail filings. The colour application and work was alright but the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
